has made a business of duplicating and improving spare parts that our
customers find inordinately expensive or unusually delicate to work with.
We have made parts from a wide variety of metals, plastics, quartz, and
ceramics.
We have
a history of making parts that improve production efficiency by making
the parts more rugged, decreasing down time from breakage, and (or) by
redesigning their geometry to make them work better, fit better, or
function with greater repeatability and accuracy. It is quite common for
us to take direction from our customers in the re-design of parts making
one or more prototypes to test various ideas and then manufacture the
parts in their final design for production when an optimum design has
been developed.
We have
a long history of maintaining secrecy and confidentiality with our
customers and the parts we design for one customer are rarely, if ever,
transferred to another customer. While there is some exchange of
information through the sharing of ideas in a problem solving setting, we
have maintained a reputation for not transferring one company's solution
to another customer without permission being granted by the company for
whom the original design was created.
We will
work with you and your staff to make confidential and one-of-a-kind
parts. We support prototypes,
models, and parts used for developing patentable ideas. We do research to find more
information on new and unusual manufacturing processes in the industry
and explain how they may be applied to any particular project, as well as
develop new and innovative processes for our customers.
