Our specialty is the manufacture of frames made from
electropolished stainless steel.
This material provides a chip free clean surface that can last for
years with very little maintenance.
Most of the equipment frames that we design and build are
for end users looking to reduce their footprint space in a specialized
manufacturing environment. We
have designed and built many medium duty frames for the semiconductor
industry for the purpose of optimizing expensive clean room and
maintenance area floor space. Most of our frames might be better
described as custom racks since we are often asked to mount pieces of
relatively heavy equipment that needs to be removed easily for regular
maintenance. We have built monitor shelves and various other fabrications
that make life more convenient for people who work in clean rooms dressed
in bunny suits.
Our shop has the experience and capacity to handle some of
the most robust frames in the industry. While we do not design frames for
the larger OEM's, we are always interested in looking at the fabrication
of these frames as part of our ongoing business. Steel OEM frames with welded seams
ground smooth in preparation for painting is not a problem for us to
handle.
